Reception and seminar facilities
Reception and waiting areas
We offer a full reception function for research projects, this will include:
- Reception covered 8:00am - 5.30pm
- Arranging appointments and tracking participant notes
- Booking participants into the facility
- Providing participants with a visit schedule where appropriate
- Monitoring participant movement throughout the facility from arrival to departure
Our large conservatory (on the ground floor) and participant day room (on the first floor) provide pleasant and comfortable waiting areas for participants and visitors to the facility, offering:
- Free hot and cold drinks
- TV
- Childrens' play area
Seminar facilities
Our seminar room is available to all investigators from our partner Trusts and seats up to 38 delegates. The room is fully equipped with:
- Computer data and video projection
- Single- and dual-slide projection
- Overhead projector
- Camcorder and tripod
- Flip chart easel
