Facility Management
The WTCRF has robust structures in place to oversee the operational management of the CRF . The Governance Committee meets on a monthly basis and comprises of the Operational Director (Chair), Deputy Director, Lead Nurse, Clinical Team Manager and Quality Lead. Each member of the committee is responsible for leading on key areas of work within the CRF namely Quality, Workforce Development and Business Partnerships and have oversight of key task and finish (sub project) groups.
The Governance Committee prepares reports for the Finance and Management Committees. This structure promotes inclusivity of staff in the running and management of the CRF and ensures that staff have an opportunity to be involved in shaping the direction of the CRF.
